This free Forum is an opportunity to learn about the roles and responsibilities of all parts of the Victorian community services system in ensuring safe, effective, connected and person-centred community services for everybody, every time.

The Forum will assist participants to better understand opportunities to identify and drive improvement and lead the culture change required to achieve excellent outcomes and experiences of service users.
